About Pace Studios Beauty Bar:

Pace Studios started in 2012 while Reno & Natassia were dating. Reno wanted to start photography and Natassia had just completed her makeup artistry training. So they thought it would be a great idea to offer makeup to their photography clients.
Now, we don't recommend you start a business with a girl/boy friend 😉 but as you can see it ended up working out great. 
Reno & Natassia Pace are the owners of Pace Studios Beauty Bar. The couple started the company in 2012 as a photography and makeup studio. The company continued to grow and provide great service and an amazing customer experience for numerous years.
In 2015, they decided to add a new beauty service for their clients. After a long discussion, mostly on Natassia's part, as Reno has no beauty experience ;), they decided to include microblading.
The couple quickly took to their marketing backgrounds and developed the brand and company to better portray the new services. Within 30 days, the new service had exploded and Natassia quickly became booked 30-60 days in advance.
After 90 days of adding the service, fellow beauty professionals and insiders started asking about getting trained in microblading in order to achieve the realistic look that we were able to get.
Natassia started an apprenticeship program. Shiri, our other Master Technician and trainer was the first student/apprentice. Natassia quickly learned that the apprenticeship took more time than expected and she began to be a way from her family and son more than she liked.
After another long discussion, the two decided to start a microblading training course. Thus, Pace Studios Academy was born.
Over the past year, Pace Studios Academy has trained over 100 students. With the premier training environment and expertise provided in the course, the Academy continues to grow and will be opening up trainings in various cities across the country and even in Australia.
Reno & Natassia continue to break industry standards and records with their innovative process and teaching style. The couple together is quickly becoming a powerhouse and disrupting the educational process within the beauty industry.
